Oral Presentation Instructions
- Timing: Limit your presentation to 15 minutes, including Q&A.
- File Preparation: Use a virus-scanned USB. Arrive 15 mins early to upload your files (PPT/PDF).
- Backup: Email a copy to yourself for cloud access.
- Equipment: Standard LCD projector, microphone, and laptop provided. Test compatibility if using personal devices.
- Multimedia: Ensure embedded videos are linked and formatted correctly.
Poster Presentation Instructions
- Size: Maximum 59.4 cm (W) x 84.1 cm (H) (Standard A1).
- Design: Must be visually legible from 1 meter distance.
- Attendance: Authors should stay with their posters during the session for discussion.
- Content: Title/Authors, Abstract, Introduction, Methods & Results, Conclusions.
